Why was my card declined? 

Non-US cards will be declined (see above answer), or your credit-card issuer may have declined the charge for any of a number of reasons. If you have a US card and it's not working, you can call the number on the back of your card to find out the reason for the decline and fix it.


How will this charge appear on my card statement?

The charge will appear as SEETHEINTERVIEW.BLOGSPOT.COM on your card statement. Stripe is our payment processor, and if you have an American Express card you may see "STRIPE" on your card statement while the charge is in a pending state.

How is my card information stored?

Your card data is stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe processes payments for thousands of websites and is audited as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.

My video playback is choppy, stutters, or is otherwise slow. 

A common cause of poor streaming video playback is intermittent Internet connectivity. Frequent loading may indicate a weak connection. At minimum, our service requires at least a 3.0 Megabits per second connection as a recommended viewing experience.
